They will steal your money and overcharge you 3 times the price of the competitors. The first thing they'll say you need springs. They have 3 grades. I chose the middle grade for $370.00, but that's just for one that's how they trick you into moving forward with their service. The actual price came out to $995.000 for two springs with tax and labor cost $150.00 for a 30 minute job. The tech will try to sell you 2 rollers for $700.00. The tech did not fix the issue and told me I need a new garage door motor which is a lie. The tech is not that experienced and does not know the Chamberlin brand. So I had to call another company a fair and honest company out of Bakersfield to inspect the corrupt company techs work. It turns out he installed the wrong coil springs and the garage door buckles when trying to go down. I can only open the garage door manually and sometimes I can't even do that. To make this long story short the bad tech yelled at me on the phone and disrespected me trying to convince me he knows what he's doing - which is a complete lie. It's a total scam and their using a fake address of an old abanded building in Frazier Park. In addition, the real name of the company is Precision garage door repair or Bay Area Garage door Repair Services. They go by several names, karma will eventually catch up with them and they will be doing time in prison. Be careful out there and do your research online first. God Bless!
