I called Hens Dry to do water damage, they were quick to help an made an appointment. Great technician very helpful in responses to my questions I highly recommend them, and will continue to do buisness with them.

Just had my carpets done the technicians name was Erick he came with his wife he said he was the owner of the company. He came out sprayed water on my carpet with no chemicals in a small little area I told him I had a pet that urinated in a corner he did spray Chemicals on that spot I think only because I have been watching him then he used a carpet scrubber on the carpet no sign of chemicals or sope on the carpet as the carpet scrubber is going over the carpet, then to top it all off he grabs the Vacuum and starts vacuuming the carpet I asked him where is the steam/hot water he says the steam is going through the vacuum hose and starts vacuuming the carpet as he pushing down on the handle to the Evolution Carpet Wand and acting like steam is coming out. Lol how is the steam/hot water supposed to come out if there is no waterline hooked up to the Evolution Carpet Wand At that point I think he knew i knew he was lying and went to get the hot water line and hooked it up. It’s said because at first I thought heres a nice guy and his wife doing their own business together but at the end of everything this guy was trying to rip me off. What’s this World coming to. Just sad will not be using this company again. Do not use this company!

Hens crew did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were in bad shape and now they look almost new! I highly recommend!
