Got acrylics for the first time at this location and it was lovely! Super sweet workers and calming and clean atmosphere. Had a tv screen to watch music videos while you got your nails done. Super relaxing and the nail tech working on me would continue to check-in on how I felt about my nails and we had a great conversation (thank you again, Julia)! I hope to return again in the future :)

Have been there three times and the first two times the experience was alright. The third time it was a disaster. The guy doing my nails appeared to be clueless of what to do and at the end when the color had a lot of white spots said that all he can do is put regular polish on top. This was so frustrating as they have jelly nail polish marketing that they are able to do and obviously they don’t know how to do this. If I wanted regular mail polish, I can do that myself at home and not pay so much for it. I felt frustrated and disappointed and told him to just remove the spotty color from my nails and that I was done. Before going in the health of my nails was pretty great as I do take care of my nails well. After I saw how much my nails were destroyed and filed down to the point that they were physically hurting and having a dent in the middle of them, I didn’t allow him to further touch my nails and asked to just pay the bill! I thought that I will just pay the pedicure as the manicure was not my fault and my nails were destroyed, but he still charged me for the manicure. I have never had such poor experience with a nail salon, thus I will not be returning to Hera again.

My daughter and I had our nails done here for our upcoming holiday family photos. We wanted the same thing, with a cute little Rudolph the red nose reindeer on our thumbs. I have to say Mimi and Phillip were amazing. We arrived early for our apt and we were able to pick out colors and start asap. I will note we went on a weekday and it was so quiet and calm and relaxing in the salon, the salon was very clean and everyone we encountered was very nice and welcoming which made my daughter enjoy the experience that much more. We will definitely come back again! 10/10 Thank you!!
