Untrained/uneducated staff. Told me I couldn't tow a 12k trailer with my 2500, they require a one-ton. These elementary level seat warmers don't understand that most 3/4 and one tons have the exact same towing capacity. The only difference is bed weight. Went to Sunbelt for much better service and the pricing was better, too.

Used to be a great place before Herc buyout. They will rent you equipment that is defective and then question you about it when you return it. If you don’t like being a mechanic on someone else’s equipment don’t rent here. The manager Brian must have been promoted out of desperation or nepotism.
