They went above and beyond to help us with a package which should of taken one day, USPS sent to Pittsburgh instead of Pullman. And kept tracking it ready to pick it up so she could run it if still viable so all was not lost! She was in constant contact with us giving us updates on the progress. As of today it is day 7! I think next time I will take the two hour trip and meet this awesome young woman and deliver the samples myself! Thank you Amber for all that you have done.
