Spoke with a representative about receiving a refund on an item I returned 3 weeks prior. Was told refunds are not issued when returns are received, but rather when "graduation season ends". I asked her "when does the graduation season end?" and was not given a response. The woman said I was being snotty in asking her that, and said she would be reporting me to my high school. All I wanted to know was the ending of graduation season so that I could ensure I was being reimbursed for my return.
