I really like the meat. And the service has been very good. But, I have been informed that the owners are keeping the tips from the tip jar on the counter and not giving them to the employees.
This has actually upset me to the point that I'm now asking all the local businesses if the tips go to the employees before I tip anywhere.
I've been trying to tip more in the community since so many people in service have had such a hard year. I hope they changed this practice. I was disappointed.
Update 09/29/21: I see your sign says your are hiring. FYI: People need money to pay rent. When you lose staff to other businesses, it's not because the other business is giving them a better Christmas party. It seems you have created your own labor shortage by how you are treating your employees. When you take money the community thinks is going directly to the employee serving them that day. I am just disappointed in your value set as a business I am regularly giving money to.
Great customer service... Yummy meats... and Dog food...
