I’ve quit this place after I think 3 years. It’s been almost 5 months. I quit bcz of the management team toxicity and gossip culture. Theres hardly any support and I’ve been treated like absolute garbage by them. My last straw made me walk out and went home in tears.(yes shouldn’t have walked out on shift but that’s how toxic and disgusting this place is. I have never been rude to anyone,quiet? Yes I’m in introvert. Shouldn’t be an issue bcz I did great work with the residents and that’s why I was there,not to socialize and force myself to speak about unnecessary things. Now it’s been 5 months and here I am still hearing from someone that works in the office that these people are still talking and spreading lies about me. Working in fraserhealth I’ve gone through a lot,from racism to bullying etc. one can only take so much! I actually loved and still love caring for people and hope one day I can make a change,and even if this isn’t “professional” I’m asking yall to let go of my name! Stop spreading lies,u already got me to quit! Are your lives that sad that u need to entertain yourself on my behalf? How can someone that rarely opens her mouth be sooo rude? How come there was no complaints and I was told I’m doing a great job but the minute I left now lies are being told? I’ve said that I don’t need to entertain any of this bcz god knows all,and it doesn’t affect me anymore but it’s been 5months and yall are still going?!!!! Someone from the office had to let us know, bcz it’s so ridiculous! I haven’t done anything to anyone there and I know karma will get everyone soon enough bcz it always does. That’s why I didn’t even act when my car got hit and your bestie lied saying she didn’t do it. Bcz I know her day will come as well as yours. Just drop my name and worry about the ppl that are pinching and hitting the residents. Worry about that,caz that actually is the truth and something u should be worried about.

If it's time for a full care facility, the people here are great. Very clean place also.
