I see plenty of folks have had a great experience with Heritage. Our experience could not have been worse.
We were transferred from a colleague of Heritage in another area because we moved and this office was closer to us.
The result was a tragedy of errors, some of which I can understand due to the switch happening in March of 2020 but it became ridiculous. I'm a very patient person but after a year of our correspondence being regularly ignored, including a request to be transferred back to our original advisor, we opened accounts elsewhere.
After numerous times of being ignored were were emailed about an upcoming meeting. I told them to cancel it as we were moving to another firm and there was no response to that, either. I don't expect to be treated like a multi million dollar account but I'm curious how we would be treated if we were.
It is unfortunate we had to leave because our original Ameriprise advisor was great but I am not interested being ignored by people who profit off of my money.
