Simply put, the best customer service experience I have ever had. The staff is attentive and honest, knowledgeable of both their products and how they fit your needs (obviously) and also of the local area.
Though the entire staff is Fantastic, special shout out to Johnathon whom answered all the questions I had, both ones I communicated verbally, and even ones I communicated non-verbally.
All this without even mentioning the store itself, which is a destination anyone considering a chair upgrade for their office should visit if it is within their power to do so. Once you feel quality, you'll understand why Herman Miller commands the respect they are afforded in the market.
