If you are heading into Hermes and need someone to help you out, I would definitely recommend Laura! Not only is she friendly and helpful, Laura is the best fashion Coordinator. I'm in the design industry myself, it's not easy trusting anyone with a fashion choice, but Laura has been so professional when it comes to fashion recommendations. Always love the time I spend with her and definitely want to recommend her.

Today, May 18, 2024 my son went in to get some things for graduation and he was followed at the hills by the store clerk. I feel highly disrespected whether my son was there to spend money or not which he was, the whole experience was such a turn off, we will never ever shop there in life ever. Do better I understand protecting the product but there’s ways to go about things. Service your customer better!! Do better everything brown isn’t bad.

Extremely sub-par experience. My comparison points are Hermes stores in Las Vegas, San Francisco, and overseas. Despite making a ton of purchases that aren't the 'coveted' goods, I have been unable to get myself or my wife the few items we have been craving for ages: ie a black briefcase for me and a golden brown leather handbag for her.
None of this would be an issue as they aren't obligated to take care of me, but the behavior of the staff when I walk in is very off putting - others get a personal greeting and excitement while I meander aimlessly. I have secured the goods I want elsewhere while Bellevue caters to a clientele they appreciate more than me.
