This hidden gem is such a cozy location. I’ve been going to Laura for 5 years now and she does such a great job listening to all my requests. I can be picky with details with my hair and she always comes through.

Laura is so kind, patient, and bubbly. She has given both my toddlers their first haircut and I have brought them back ever since. She gave them a little treat and her super calm dogs sat next to them and played!

I love getting my haircut here because she remembers my preferences. She is also great at sensing what type of social interaction you want. Sometimes I am chatty, other times I just want to close my eyes and relax, and she accommodates both. She is awesome.

Didn’t have the best experience with getting my hair done here. I came in for balayage and paid “baby lights” and got lights and “baby lights” were her technique. I got bleach on my sweater which I was disappointed because through out years of getting my hair done in different salons, I never had to throw out my clothes after. What really disappointed me was that I was asked to move to the couch for another person that came in for a color while my hair was processing. The same utensils that were used for me, were used on the other person. While I was getting my hair washed, the stylists says out loud “I’m not sure if this towel is clean, but it will do.” I really wanted to like this place and the environment in this salon, but the place wasn’t giving a professional salon atmosphere and experience. I reached out with all of my concerns to the stylists but she didn’t accommodate my concerns and complains and regarding my sweater said that “it is expected to wear trashy clothes to the salon.” I don’t understand why I ask for balayage and don’t get what I ask and end up paying more. This is dishonest.
