We were very pleased with Heston Door Service and our technician Dominic. He replaced a broken coil on our garage door. In the process he identified other parts that needed to be replaced. He was very careful to be clear about any changes in the original quote and getting my approval before proceeding.I liked that he let me compare my parts with new parts so that I could see for myself that they needed to be replaced. He also kept me informed at each step of the process. In addition when it was discovered that our coil wasn't the standard size, his boss made an extra trip to our house to bring the part that was needed so that all the repairs could be done in one day. I would highly recommend Heston for garage door repairs.

I had a fantastic experience with Heston Door Service. My mom just bought a new house and needed help with figuring out her options for changing out her garage door. Dominic, the technician, was awesome—super helpful and explained all the options clearly. He really took the time to narrow things down and was incredibly knowledgeable. We really appreciated his kindness and the effort he put in.

Jason did a great job explaining the problem I was having with my garage door. He then fixed the door and performed some preventative maintenance on the other door. Jason was professional, courteous and arrived timely. I would certainly recommend Heston Door Service for your garage door needs.
