I just received a 5 star customer support service from HexClad! Here is what happened: I purchased a frying pan via the HexClad website in 2020. The pan has since become my go to pan for my daily cooking. I think the pan provides a good balance between the convenience of non stick and the durability of stainless steel, transfers heat well and is very easy to clean. Yesterday when I was washing the pan, I noticed a small chip in the pan. Unfortunately I did not register the pan for the lifetime warranty when I purchased and I do not have the order number since I have deleted older emails. I reached out to HexClad’s customer support and Isa C. was able to retrieve my purchase information and helped me register the pan in retrospect. Within 30 minutes of my registration, Gabriel S. from customer support informed me that a replacement pan will be shipped to me within 3 -5 business days. All these happened between a Friday night and the next Saturday morning. I am very pleased with HexClad and the excellent service they provide. I will definitely purchase other HexClad products in the future.
