Originally ordered shoes online for the Perris, Ca. Location. Used the Klarna payment option. The day I went to pick them up, Klarna sent me a text saying my payment method was canceled. No reason given. Never received any notification from Hibbett on why. As I was driving to the Perris location, I decided to call. It was then they told me that my order was canceled due to the shoes being out of stock. I never received a notification the shoes were out of stock and my order was canceled. I would have driven there for nothing. Turned around and went back home, and re-ordered them again and picked them up at the Moreno Valley location. I’m happy I was able to get the shoes I wanted, but the customer experience, ordering online and pick up at store needs major improvement.
