8:10P and my 14 yo old daughter can’t use the restroom because they were just cleaned and closed for the night? First and last stop at this venue. Too bad since it has a lot of potential.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A large woman and man were counting the change machine when I came in and I needed $40 in quarters since I was washing large sleeping bags. The front counter would only give me $10 at a time and said I had to come back every 5 minutes for more. The first machine stole my money and when I asked the couple to help they acted annoyed. The woman said loudly "we've got an attitude do we?" to the man. I asked him if I could just get my money back and he said no, pushed some buttons and started the machine. No way in hell was I staying for the rest of my laundry. I took my dirty sleeping bags back to my car while they made sarcastic comments about me as I came in and out the door. I hated waiting the 34 minutes for that one load. Rude, condescending, and a dirty place to boot. Don't ever go here.

The laundromat is always dirty..dryers full of lint.. pet hair.. hay and floors are filthy. The place looks rundown. The washing machines and dryers are hit and miss on if they work properly. Dryers don't get hot and or washers leave clothes really wet from not spinning properly.. you just never know what you're going to get which stinks if you are on a time limit.When you tell someone they don't refund you instead they just say they will let the maintenence person know. I have been here multiple times with the same problems every time..although it is closer to where I live I am going to go else where even if that means going all the way up north to laundry land..it is a very clean large laundromat with machines that work. It cost me $18 to do 2 regular loads of laundry due to the washer not spinning properly and a dryer not heating well today and I didnt get half of my clothes fully dried because it would have taken a few more dollars and time I didn't have so I guess the drive will balance out both time and money. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed and highly recommend you go somewhere else.
