Not a place to want To live at. Your responsible for everyhing. management. In place they dont. Take responsibility for any thing. At all. And we dont own nothing but. The place we are living in. So. What are you really buying. You cant move them out so you basiclly stuck right here until you sell it to someone else one day and you will want out of here one day

When they took over management, they decided to leave a septic tank open and forgot to close it. My son fell into the hole. He almost died. They didn't care.
They harass everyone every time you take out the garbage. They blocked my vehicle and threatened to call the cops because I was helping my father in law (who has had surgery and can't lift anything). Their workers will surround your vehicle and threaten you constantly yelling stuff like "You think I'm scared of you?"
If you value the lives of your children or parents, dont move here

Getting better but never know who is the manager though but tuw place is getting better wish we had more lawn services offered to tenants that dont have lawn care tools or fpr tue older ones to keep up on out side duties we cant get done fast enough or. That we are unable to perform ourselves lime tree trimming and. Removal of non working appliances for us that wouldbe wonderful and helpful too
