I hope Dr Day can read the reviews, the office staff at the Victorville location off of 11th are so rude! I don't wanna say they're all rude and condescending but a majority are. They have a rude demeanor. Dr.Day is so sweet kind and helpful but her office staff is just so unprofessional. I have missed appointment after calling and messaging to confirm my appointment only to be in pue for 30 min to an hour or getting dial tone( I understand that could happen however it would be a none issue if they just sent reminders like most office) because they do not confirming or sending reminders, they just marked u as (no show) and if you go in they will tell you they don't have you on the schedule (when they over book and turn you away. this is why I try to confirm) also when asking questions to try to gain a better understanding they will cut you off mid sentence or just transfer you to someone else in the office mean while laughing and saying inappropriate things in the back round about you! Again Dr. Day is fantastic but I find my self contemplating even going back at all because of the office staff.
