Stuart is my go to home inspector. I have utilized his services for the past 12 years and he is always responsive, on time, professional and produces an intensive report. I informed my clients that he will show you the good, bad and ugly of the home. Not all necessarily need to be addressed immediately but at least you know the in's and out's of the home and can make an informed decision. I would trust no one other than High Desert Home Inspection for my clients. Stuart stands behind his work 100%.

Recently closed escrow on my dream home. Of course I requested home inspection. Easy to be blinded when you really like something🤩. Decided to find my own inspector rather than use options I had been given... SO GLAD I DID! High Desert Home Inspection Co., turned out to be the most knowledgeable, comprehensive, professional and fairly priced inspection company I've ever used! A gentleman by the name of Stuart promptly came out to the home, clearly well prepared. He calmly and methodically went through each and every room including the Attic. His in depth report including pictures was generated next day. At which point, Stewart was available to answer a multitude of additional questions that I had.. honestly, I don't believe I would have been comfortable purchasing this property without the help of High Desert Home inspection. Thank you Stuart and thank you High Desert inspection!
