We had a great experience renting with high desert but moving out was a totally different story. Make sure to take extremly good before pictures before moving in, because they will overcharge you for every spec of dust left. Once we moved out and they overcharged us for a cleaning fee the person in charge of my account was unavailable for a month and would not return calls to help with my concerns. I had to contact the owner of the home personally to get help with my account. So hopefully you get an awesome helpful home owner because the high desert employees will not help or answer your concerns.

Don’t rent here bunch of thieves poor Managment wouldn’t recommend to anyone your response is also a lie and the things you have charged me for that you’ve said aren’t my fault I’d like a refund on also every light bulb you charged me for when I moved in there was 8 lights out and you said it was for me to replace so same goes to you I love how I can’t respond to your non sense response high desert is a scam so don’t try and act like you didn’t do me dirty I hope everyone reads this and realizes what a joke your company is! Clearly you need money more than i do so buy yourself something nice with it bud
