We were thrilled to have found this shop. We were able to get a new bike for both of our kids and lovely customer service too. Cindy even stayed past her "open" hours with us while we purchased our daughters bike and tried to decided on a bike options for our son. Never once did she make us feel like we needed to hurry and get out of there for her to close up. Finding a bike in the correct size for our 5 year old proved to be a bit of a task but Cindy was so helpful in tracking one down for us, assembling it asap, and getting it all ready for his birthday with blue grips to top it off. (she remembered the color he wanted) She was kind, welcoming, and tentative. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you!!!

A special "Shout Out" to the great folks at High Gear Bike Shop, Prescott, Arizona! My new eBike was in need of a re-build/tune up. Danielle responded via Facebook Messenger and was very responsive and kind. She facilitated the type of work I would need done and referred me to Cindy. Cindy explained in detail what I would need done and the approximate price. An appointment was set. Upon arrival I met with Danny who was a very good listener regarding my issues and explained what he would do to accomplish my needs and to make sure my eBike was properly adjusted and serviced. Danny also inserted Tannus Liners in my 26x4 tires. After an 8 Mile ride today I can say, all is great. Hometown Service & Professional Care. Five stars *
