I give it 4 stars out of 5 only due to the fact that I was recommended to go there to see a hair stylist (will not name) to get a blonde balayage done for my first time for my boyfriends Navy bootcamp graduation (which im leaving early in the morning on the 18th to go to) on my dark brown hair. This is a very special and important trip for me to see my boyfriend since I dont get to see him much. I showed a picture...everything was going great. At the end, she had gone up too high with the bleach and basically did my whole head almost to the root...I am a very leniant person and was like..ok this is fine its fine...then she said there are some ashy blonde high lights in my hair that I said I wanted before...I had said I USED to want to do an ashy kind of silvery ombre in the past but had changed my mind (hence the picture I had brought in to show)...again though..I'm leniant. I'm fine. It doesnt look too bad or too uneven. Paid $160, left pretty excited about the change, still in shock and processing the difference. I get home and wanna take pictures and look at it more in the lighting in my bathroom. I flipped my hair over and started taking pictures and it looks...like...a mermaid threw up on my head...there are silver and blonde and green and red and blueish tones...its...a mess. I am so scared to go in and ask for them to fix it now because I dont want to make it worse and I need it fixed by the 17th...no later... 😭 idk what to do.

What a wonderful place that I stumbled upon! High Hills is a sweet salon. Matt is truly a gifted stylist! He knows his stuff! Amazing cuts and color. He is funny, very personable and a kind person.

First appt with Megan today. Hadn't had my hair cut for over 2 years. It was a mop! She cut it perfectly and I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced stylist. Thank you Megan!
