multi family situation. wifes grandmother paid deposit when we moved in. apon moving out, wifes father talked to them. one of the ladies said i had called and asked for the deposit to be paid to me. never made that call. when i called and asked about it she said she was "pretty sure" it was me. also said she "usually keeps pretty good notes". when asked where the notes were she told me they were not with hwr anymore. huh... also have heard from other people that they are incompitent. many property owners are taking their rentals out of their services and they are running the business into the ground.
