When we arrived to the property there were no electricity in the house, so in the 1-st day Sean completed all parts of the inspection except electrical. He offered to come back to the house after the electricity is restored to finish the inspection. He did not charge anything for this second visit! As for the inspection - Sean is professional that can explain any complicated technical issues in simple way. He also offers the best rates I could find. Five stars. Totally recommend Highland Home Inspections!

We were very happy, having Sean inspect our mobile home purchase. Aside from the cool gadgets that found things in the ceiling, the free usb stick and email of full report, my best experience was when I phoned I always got a real person and not a answering service.
