I started going to Highland Vision Clinic in 2017 and stopped in 2021 due to my insurance not covering them anymore. I haven’t found anyone as friendly and caring as this team so when I had a medical eye issue, I called them. Even though I figured I would have to pay, I trust them and their expertise so I didn’t care. I had my visit today and after 3 years, they’re still extremely caring and genuine, from the second you walk in, and later out of, the door. I honestly might just go for my next eye exam, insurance be d*mned lol. (In case you’re wondering… for this visit, they were able to take me as a medical patient so my insurance should cover it)

The staff were very professional and efficient. They never stopped working from the moment I walked in the door. As soon as I was done with the paper work it was just boom, boom, boom. Take the X-Rays, doctor comes in and gives you the exam right after, then you go and pick out your frames. No downtime. I highly recommend Highland Vision Clinic to anyone looking for contacts or glasses. I myself found a sweet pair of Ferragamo’s.

Dr Otto is very thorough. Monitors important eye parameters and keeps track so that he can see any trend. He shares the information and explains each so that you have positive feedback to continue the treatment course. It is a very friendly office.
