Loch Bell of Highlander Inspections, LLC was excellent in his inspection of a house that my wife and I put an offer in on. He was friendly and professional, he worked hard and did a very thorough job, was very clear and patient explaining details, and was very open to us asking questions; all of which he answered in a very helpful and informative manner. He was respectful and kind, and also had a great sense of humour.

His online booking system was excellent too. The interface is clear and intuitive to use. Also, the online interactive report platform is really very good as well; really clear, easy to use, and thorough with lots of images to help us understand the written details.
