Highline served a house I owned in Tukwila Washington. The water service was generally fine but the website, hassle of auto-payment and credit card payment fees are substandard. The worst was when I sold the home and Highline added a $25 "final bill" fee. A fee to bill me? What do you think of that?

Our water was at a trickle, so I called to report the problem. 45 minutes later four trucks came and turned it completely off. I called back, but it was forwarded to a machine whose purpose was seemingly to simply hang up on any callers.
