I just can’t say enough good things about Highmark and people who make it run but everyone in the shop was delightful. Tom Karlsten is a genius, no hyperbole. I can’t wait to go back to him and watch him make more of my dreams come true. Literally and figuratively-he didn’t mind that I took a much needed cat nap, 3 or 4 times. Tom, thank you again and forever. I love my Ferdinand more than I love my own arm! Ok that Was hyperbole because I’m using that arm in case a crow decides to land on it some day. But my point remains the same Tom Karlsten both Rocks and Rules! Highly recommended!
