HighPoint-IT consistently responds to our requests for help within like a half hour or less. They understand our level of urgency and the impact on the business. They also facilitate if the main issue turns out to be from an external vendor's service versus basically telling us to deal with it. HighPoint makes sure every ticket is addressed fully to our satisfaction. They somehow do all this at about 60% of the cost of our previous and far less helpful IT company. Cannot recommend HighPoint enough!

Jonathan has always been there for not only myself, but our entire department. He consistently provides prompt, professional and thorough service. He is a treasured asset, and one I can not imagine doing without!
