Just started Pilates with little expectations... My Mondays and Wednesdays are saved for Johanna. THE best classes i have ever had/have!! Johanna takes the time to TEACH and has no problems correcting you... You have to do it right to get the best results and she will tell you!! You will not be sorry...take the free class and decide.
