Dropped off three Old Navy cotton shirts to be laundered (verbal instructions) , but on pick up I was asked to pay $11 each for DRY CLEANING them. After talking with the owner, two of the shirts were billed as laundered but the third still as dry clean because of the size of its buttons. Disappointed that instead of pointing out on intake that they can't launder the shirt, I end up paying for their mistake.

If I could give negative stars I would... asked for a quote on washing a Military wool blanket. So the size of a twin bed and not heavy either. She said $80!!! I asked her why ?? She said the solvents are expensive. I called 4 dry cleaners in Poulsbo and all 4 gave me an estimate under $30! This price gouging of people that live here has to stop. What part of Military didn’t she get? The blanket is now in Poulsbo along with the rest of our business! Shame on you and all the business’ on this rock who chose to operate in this manner. You’re sending tax dollars to another community which just causes our taxes to rise and rise. That’s how this works...

I was taking a weeks worth of cleaning in every week or 2. The prices are at least double of any other dry cleaner. I requested a 10% discount in order to continue to use them - as they are conveniently located on Bainbridge. They didn’t even acknowledge my request much less provide some relief. So, I no longer use them due to price and sub par service. I now take my clothes to Seattle and pay 1/3rd of what I was paying. Such an unfortunate way to run a business- greedy and neglectful.
