HiLine Homes was recommended to us from a friend. As in any building project, there are always hiccups along the way. Scheduling, weather, product availability, etc. But the project manager Chris and the crew made it happen for us. We were very impressed with the subcontractors and their work. We are very happy with our new home.
We had HiLine homes of Yakima build one of their homes on our rural acreage in Yakima county. We looked through the standard floor plans of 3 or 4 builders in our area. The HiLine model 1721 looked like what we had in mind, although we did have a couple runners up from other builders. After researching all of the homes and builders, as they all offer different levels of completion and options and noting their really good ratings, we went with the HiLine 1721 with several upgrades. Before construction started in May 2021, we had a pre-construction meeting with our project manager Kris Stokes. Kris laid out how the project would go including realistic time expectations and things that could cause delays along the way. Our build started and was finished ahead of schedule. Being experienced with residential construction, I was paying attention to the the quality of work being done through each phase. I felt all of their sub contractors did great work and were quite professional. We are really happy with our new home and impressed at how organized and customer focused the entire staff is at HiLine. Mark Oslund
