So , had a huge clog in my kitchen sink I tried multiple things , even went and bought a snake to try and get it myself with no luck. I finally broke and called around I got a rude lady, a competitor in colfax. And I called hilliards at 9am. They receptionist was so sweet and I didn't make me feel judged lol, when i asked when they could get someone out I was expecting it to be couple day wait like the others or be charged couple hundred for "emergency service ". But she said they would be able to get someone out that day. When I asked when she said late afternoon, I was like cool. Sooner then I was expecting. I got a call at 11 o'clock that day thing that they were on the way from Pullman I live in Colfax and they were there within 25 minutes it took them 10 minutes from time they pulled up to the time they left. they were super great on price and super professional. Was surprised how quickly it was done and how soon they could get out after I called. I wasn't charged anything extra for emergency service wich was a awesome bonus, will recommend them to everyone.

Heater went down on 2/18 after a repair the week before. Was told by Michele (?) that Will would be by on Monday—no show. Was promised Tuesday at the latest. No show. Called today, 2/22, waited all day, no show. Can’t get the house to stay above 52°, night time temp is gonna be 12° tonight, and 9° Friday and Saturday. Have to take the dogs to friends and hope the pipes don’t burst. Up until this week, I long held Hillard’s in high regard until this emergency situation. Really troubling to know this is what they’ve become. I hope they change for the better soon. In the meantime, we are left waiting.
