charles and his crew came to my house for carpet cleaning, and they also did tile and upholstery cleaning. throughout the process, charles was really quick to respond. he gave me a decent estimate beforehand and arrived right when he said he would for the cleaning day. i was surprised to see all the dark spots and streaks on our carpet and tile grout looking brand new. they worked efficiently and were both professional and friendly. i'll surely reach out to charles for any future cleaning requirements. big thanks for a job excellently done. i had the team from HILLS CARPET&RUG CLEANING come over to beverly hills for the job.

Carpet cleaning and bathroom floor, tile and grout services in Beverly Hills were done exceptionally well. I've had my carpets cleaned multiple times, but none could match this experience. Jerry was meticulous and made sure to explain everything. The outcome was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this family-run operation.
