This is a nice little community to live at. I will say take pictures of your apartment when you very first move in and also take pictures when you clean and move out. I would also mention while living here to put in any maintenance work orders while you are living in these apartments. Keep records and make sure it gets fixed while you live here. Once you move out and you have not done these things YOU will get charged or even charged extra. I will also let you know if you are renting from a 3 bedroom apartment and you live downstairs the apartments themselves (management) consider the entire apartment communal living.
