Do not take your guns to be hocked here. They will hold your gun regardless of the law if the background check takes too long. I saw a big stack of people that were in my same situation. I have recently renewed my CHP and have no reason to not pass a new background check. It's been almost 6 months and they still won't give me back my gun. This is against the law and they have no justification in holding my property. If you currently are having the same problem as me feel free to reach out because the next step is contacting a legal expert which I'm gonna do.

What's the point of a pawnshop tried selling my high end mountain bike was shot down said it need to be in perfect condition with disk brakes, if it was in perfect condition I wouldn't take it to a "pawnshop" I'd return it to the store.
