They saved me so much money! I had been told by a different company I needed new tires when they are still relatively new. I went here to replace them and they were still good. They were able to patch them and save me hundreds of dollars. They are amazing and are honest about what actually needs done. Incredible people. You should always go here for any vehicle related issues. They are the best!

Wonderful experience! They charged me literally 1/3 of what the dealership quoted me for the same work and parts , got me in immediately, and I had my car back the same day. The owner also came out to speak with me personally and was extremely nice. I will absolutely be using Hilltop for all my auto servicing needs from here on out.

Horrible customer service; avoided responsibility, got defensive, and was accusatory. I took my daughter’s car in for an oil change in February, a car with about 40k miles, which we had owned for about 2 1/2 months. In the time we owned it, no one touched the oil pan or attempted to change the oil. My daughter noticed oil leaking under the car the day after the oil change. She discovered the bad drain plug and took it to a shop where she lives and they determined the oil pan threading was damaged and the oil pan needed replacing. To identify how this could have happened, I contacted the dealer we bought the car from and informed them of what was going on with the car. The dealership emailed me the invoice and evidence for the work they did to replace the oil pan a couple of months before this oil change and right before we bought it. The oil pan comes with the drain plug already installed, therefore it wouldn’t have been damaged by the dealership. Even if this somehow wasn’t Hilltop’s fault, the owner could have tried to work with me and demonstrate some level of understanding. Instead, he questioned the timing of the oil change and asked why I got an oil change at 3400 miles, implying that I knew something was wrong. He claimed that the car was already leaking oil when we brought it in. It was not leaking oil in the 2+ months we owned it. The owner was rude. They've lost my business.
