Ok for being free. Might give it 3 stars but when I took my toddler this week it was overcrowded and a group of teenagers got into a fight IN the pool near my daughter and I and that caused a lot of commotion. I did not feel safe since there were many people being pushed around and they could have knocked over my child. At one point someone pooped in the pool so they had to empty everyone out of the entire pool for half an hour so everyone had to stand there in the heat and wait for the pool to reopen. This was not so pleasant trying to keep a toddler occupied while standing at the crowded poolside unable to enter the water. It's nice not to have to pay to enter the pool but that attracts rowdy teenagers and people who disrespect the rules. I would rather pay a small fee to avoid these things, though there will always be crowds on hot summer days. This pool, however, seemed much more crowded than other pools we've visited and the kids swimming were much more rambunctious than I've seen elsewhere
