5 stars. This will be the only place I stay at while in LA. I wanted to find a clean and safe place for my girlfriend and I to stay at in Downtown LA, and close to a certain venue for a concert. Valet was easy once a porter was available, check in was quick, room was clean, bed was incredibly comfortable. Starbucks across the street.

A quick stay, but overall worth it. Service was great, from the doorman to the front desk and buffet brunch. The rooftop was pretty cool to hang out after hours (we went to a game, so didn't get to experience the food/drinks) and the view did not disappoint! Hotel location was seemingly quiet and there's a Starbucks across the street (for those who need their daily fix lol). Only downside was that the parking garage was closed so we parked in the below ground parking at the hotel across the street..... for $50 (nightly rate) 😭. Aside from that, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located, and had a wonderful rooftop. One staff member stood out among the rest... Victor met us on day one and was sincere and efficient. It's not common to come across a Victor, someone who actually cares about the guest experience. Thank you for the wonderful service.
