Front desk personnel that helped us was slightly aloof and seemed to lean into the typical Millennial behavior and general lack of sincere attentiveness I typically experience with previous Hilton stays. Guess that's the direction things are going as far as customer service is concerned Otherwise, the room was great as usual, hot tub was hot, and location great and close to everything we needed.
Pros: -Beautiful location and property. -Rooms very clean -Great Bar and food is fresh and surprisingly good. -Near Amtrak -Secluded from heavy traffic but city is very accessible
Cons: -Expensive -Front desk staff is not great and definitely not interested in helping you. -Last call at bar is 9:45pm
