We were disappointed there weren’t trolleys to use but forced to use staff to unload our car. It is nice to have the option for those who need help but we would have preferred to unload our own things.
The rooms were fine for the price.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, parks, major tourist attractions and bus stops. The WIFI strength inside the room is really good. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We booked the room two months before our stay and we got a really good deal using AGODA. There is no fridge inside the room, no microwave, no bathrobe, no swimming pool and no slippers but that is OK. There is a cafe restaurant on the first floor. This hotel is perfect for carless tourists like us because all the bus stops are a short walk away. Highly recommended and will stay here again next time we visit Portland.

The convenient location and attentive service are noteworthy. Great hotel gym as well. The rooms are small, but very comfortable. I appreciated the daily room cleaning. Great conference stay!
