We have been getting the run around about my sister's headstone come to find out they lost her paper work. And know one wanted to tell us. I would call and we would go by there and just a few days ago one of the workers got the courage to say I'm sorry to say we can't find your sisters paper work. I asked how long have y'all known the paper work was missing? I asked this whole time? I was told yes! In a few weeks it will be a year. We went by there today just to see if they're pressing the issue. I was told the person we needed to talk to would be back to leave my number and I would get a call back. and give me a call and no call.

I paid for my mother's head stone March 28 2021. A year later still no head stone but a whole lot of excuses. Not happy at all with their servises. I've even asked others if they have had to wait this long and I keep hearing their loved ones head stone was installed after a few months. I should of laid my mom to rest at Green Lawn South West.

From start to finish, Doris has been efficient, informative, easy to talk to but professional. I recommend her highly! I cannot speak to the headstone issues as that wasn't we wanted. Doris loves her job and it is evident.
