Great store with all the cookware you will need for Japanese Cuisine.
The staff was great! They are very knowledgeable and polite.
As other reviews mention, all cookware that you find there is top quality and the prices seemed reasonable.
Definitely going back for my cooking knife and Japanese cookware needs

I like the shop. Came in after I called. They had a shun fillet knife I wanted to get for a friend. The owner came in shortly after I was in there. Talked about a few options. Just wished he could have came down just a little on price. I realize he has to make money and run a local business. Wasn’t entirely upset. But anyway he had what I was looking for and decided to pick it up. Not going to get crazy over a $150 knife. I buy end knives in the 2k range. Anyway if I need another kitchen knife I’ll come through again. Besides that they seem like nice people over there. Thanks!!
