Steve rescued us from Biggs Oregon today and was so great to have help us. He took our trailer and us back to FedEx in Troutdale and was a great person to us . It was a slow trip in the snow and ice covered roads and I was very comfortable with his driving. Excellent service đź‘Ť

We had a broken down tractor trailer during a snow storm at Biggs Junction. Steve came out to rescue us and take us back to our hub. Steve gave us excellent customer service and a wonderful and pleasant ride. He was even nice enough to drop us off at our car. Highly recommend Steve. Thank you do much!!

It’s 1:11am and Josh did what other towing companies in the Yakima, WA area couldn’t do. AAA couldn’t figure out how to fix the problem, and two other towing companies in the area couldn’t either. Josh figured out how to remove the chain that was stuck in the lower ball joint near the tire and he was able to raise the vehicle back on to the tow dolly. All in all, I would still be stranded without his help. Can’t recommend Josh and Hiway towing enough. 5 stars through and through. You’ve got a very happy customer in me.
