My granddaughter, grandson, 1 year old great granddaughter and 4 year old great grandson who has asthma and other breathing and health problems went into H&M at the Valley River Mall in Eugene Oregon to get a few action figure clothes and things for my great grandson. He was so excited to find these things there, and had a arm full of things to buy. They were confronted by the manager(John )with 4 masks and demanded they all put the mask on. My granddaughter and grandson told him that my great grandson had breathing issues and couldn't wear one and my great granddaughter was only a year. John rudely told them in so many words he didn't care and if they didn't comply they couldn't buy the items. My Great Grandson started to cry. So my grandson pulled out twenty dollars and laid it down on the counter for a sweatshirt that they had for him. John then told them they couldn't buy it and to leave or he would call the police on them for shop lifting, even though they had put the money on the counter for it. They left with nothing. What is wrong with people now days... I for one will never step foot in that store to shop again and JOHN, you should be ashamed of yourself and get some better manager skills. You are NOT God and you don't know the real history behind a person's health issues.

Dropped by H&M yesterday to pick up some work trousers. I was very impressed at how tidy the racks were and was easily able to locate and try on what I was looking for. My cashier was Matthew, an upbeat person who quickly got me rung up and on my way!
