Went to this store for some clothes shopping for my relatives. Pretty organized and clean store, customer service was okay. No long line in the cashier because it's not sale season yet...

Beware of their promotion..i.e. buy 2 get 1 free. Even though they said the free items are of equal or lesser value, they will try to group the most expensive items with the least expensive ones. So, if you are buying multiple items, separate them into groups of the same value items ( 3 items that cost 10 dollars, 3 items that cost 5 dollars...etc) and ask for separate transaction. Otherwises, they will charge you for 2 items of 10 dollars and give you the 3 dollar item for free. When confront, I was told by an upset manager that it is company policy that it was done that way. And when I speak to a different manager, she state that she will train her employee again because they should group the 10$ items together.

Lots of affordable clothes for both men and women are available. Unfortunately, there is no kids or baby section at this location.
