I would like to highlight something about the H&M store Manager Ms Briget, she is completely not fair ..today had happen two incidents..first I wanted to return some items which they accepted to return only on the store discounted price if i don't have receipt..that was i bought in $20 and she was returning $8 to me and given the statement, come with original receipt then will return the actual price which i don't think is logical ..... Second incident I bought few items and gave them their 20% discount coupon..which they miscalculated and when i raise the my concern again Ms Briget had came to convince me that 20% get covered into the receipt, then i had make them understand by applying mathematics and then they agreed..so moral of the story kindly check your item receipt after shopping in H&M.

Had to make a complaint on the loss prevention. I'm not a thief but even if I was there shouldn't be a boy/man sitting right outside my changing room. They don't even sell men's clothes there. I'll never go back to this store.

This store is now my favorite from all the stores at the mall!!! Theres always clothes on sell and the best part is that not even the clothes thats not for sale isnt crazy expensive, so thats a major plus. Just got this fit for about $100!!!!
