Why are Aricelly and the black male that work in assets protection not trained to do their job professionally and why were me and my bf profiled on Tuesday when we were there shopping??? I had Aricelly and this other guy just following us, standing next to me and running to block the entrance when i’m just looking at the jeans nearby?? worst experience ever literally made us leave at that time just know that if you are not white they will be following you around! I really hope the supervisor Tony talked to them so it doesn’t happen to anyone else wth

I had the worst experience at the H&M store in Westfield near Marina del Rey. The cashier suggested I purchase an item online through the app to get a discount, even though the jacket was already in the store. After buying it online, she told me I had to wait to pick it up, saying it might take about an hour. I ended up waiting for four hours, only to have my order canceled with no explanation. I never got my jacket and wasted an entire afternoon. Completely unacceptable!
