Not a cute store. Went in looking for a specific style, and it took me like 10 minutes to find somebody. They were people waiting in line to check out, and there wasn't even anyone at the checkout line. When I finally did find someone, they said they didn't carry the dress in that store, and when I asked if there were any way I could buy it there and have it delivered to the store or my house, they said no you can buy it online yourself and pay for shipping.
It's kind of a bummer when employees at a store don't have super basic customer service skills. More than that, they should try to help people get the item they want instead of blow them off.
As for the store, it's in a great location, but the elevator was broken, and it was pretty messy. Again, there was no one around to help, and I had a hard time trying to find an employee. Even with people waiting to check out, there was no one at the cashiers counter.
Just a poor experience. Too bad too, since I had brought friends there to shop. Fortunately, there was a LOFT next door that was super helpful and friendly!
