H&M is a pretty good place to find a decent to good deal on clothes and accessories that offer a trendy or comfortable look. There are some pretty good deals occasionally but I would say most times I have been to an H&M (America or Philippines) you can expect a decent deal on good quality clothes. I have purchased t-shirts, sweaters, socks and other shirts here and they have served me well. Not a super high quality place necessarily and not anything to race about, but overall, I always consider H&M when shopping for some new clothes.

Great prices,good clothes and friendly and fun staff. They were helpful and kept store clean. Lovely manager Jules,she was very organized and helpful and I think her staff followed her lead.

This was my first time to go into an H&M store. As I was strolling to the Carlsbad mall, I saw that this was the H&M men's store. So I strolled in, when I needed help, there was no one to be found. The store was a little worn from customer traffic. Perhaps they had a sale and I missed it? Since I've never shopped at H&M stores before, I probably would not recommend this location to family and friends.
